Week of March. 30: Staff receive professional development on the use of technology and providing high-quality educational opportunities and/or consultation through Distance Learning. A menu of professional development opportunities will be available, and staff may select based on the needs of the staff. Staff plan high-quality educational opportunities and/or consultation using existing instructional platforms suitable for Distance Learning. If a staff member struggles with remote Internet access, staff will contact the District’s technology help desk. If a staff member struggles with Distance Learning, staff will contact the Tech TOSAs in Ed Services. Staff may also work with their Department Chairperson/ Grade-level leader/ administrator or Special Education case manager. In the event that a staff member is required to upgrade home internet services to facilitate greater bandwidth to ensure a productive distance learning environment, the district will reimburse them with receipt of purchase for the additional cost up to $100 (one time) for one of the following: a. Insufficient bandwidth as determined by the district IT department b. A WiFi extender to assist with decreasing the distance from the router thus increasing connectivity c. A cable modem- only if one is NOT provided free of charge by the employees’ provider
Week of March. 30: Curriculum Preparation Week - The parties agree that teachers will be provided with curriculum recommendations to be used for distance learning. In addition, they may choose to develop curricula for their classes. The parties agree that for courses for which no digital support/resources exist, alternative curricula or courses may be identified and utilized. In addition, the parties agree that Counselors and site admin will be finalizing student schedules for secondary students during the week of March 30.

Xxxx Price” only for so long as this Agreement or any extension, renewal, or amendment hereof remains in effect, including any similar agreement with any organization which shall have succeeded to the business of the Manager as investment manager. At such time as this Agreement or any extension, renewal or amendment hereof, or such other similar agreement shall no longer be in effect, the Corporation or Fund will (by corporate action, if necessary) cease to use any name derived from the name “X. Xxxx Price,” any name similar thereto or any other name indicating that it is advised by or otherwise connected with the Manager, or with any organization which shall have succeeded to the Manager’s business as investment manager.

  • General Scope of Services Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to the City all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the services necessary for the Project ("Services").
