Common use of Weekday Clause in Contracts

Weekday. A Resident Physician shall receive remuneration at a rate of $59.01 for every shift-based rotation shift where one (1) full hour worked on the shift occurs between 2400 hours and 0600 hours. For the purpose of remuneration, the weekday rate shall apply to shift- based rotation shifts that commence on weekdays (Monday through Friday).
