Common use of Weekend Bonus Clause in Contracts

Weekend Bonus. ‌ An employee who works Saturday and/or Sunday, as part of their normal work week, shall receive an additional sixty cents ($.60) per hour for such hours worked. In no case shall such payments be applied to hours not worked. (See Section 4 for 10-Hour Shift Rules and Section 5 for 12-Hour Shift Rules).

Weekend Bonus. ‌ An employee who works Saturday and/or Sunday, as part of their normal work week, Sunday shall receive an additional forty cents ($.40) per hour for such hours worked on Saturday and sixty cents ($.60) per hour for such hours workedworked on Sunday. In no case shall such payments be applied to hours not worked. Ten and Twelve hour shifts are exceptions per Article X, Section 3, (See Section 4 for 10-Hour Shift Rules g) and Section 5 for 12-Hour Shift Rules(h).

Weekend Bonus. ‌ An employee who works Saturday and/or Sunday, Sunday as part of their his or her normal work weekworkweek will receive, shall receive an additional sixty in addition to his or her straight time pay, fifty-five cents ($.60.55) per hour for such hours workedworked on Saturday, and ninety-five cents ($.95) per hour for such hours worked on Sunday. Effective August 19, 2013, will increase to sixty-five cents ($.65) per hour for such hours worked on Saturday, and one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for such hours worked on Sunday. In no case shall such payments be applied to hours not worked. (See Section 4 for 10-Hour Shift Rules and Section 5 for 12-Hour Shift Rules).

In no case shall worked on Saturday and an additional one dollar ($1.00) per hour for such payments be applied to hours not worked.
