Weighing, Packaging, Transporting, and Recycling a) Contractor must use a certified State of Florida Department of Agriculture certified scale(s) to weigh and record the net weight of all collected EOL electronic equipment and any material removed from the DSW. The certified scale(s) must be capable of accurately weighing from one (1) pound to five hundred (500) pounds. Contractor shall supply the above referenced scale(s) at events scheduled by the County. Contractor is responsible for cleaning, maintenance, servicing, and certification of all scales. The Contractor must provide a copy of scale certifications to the County after each calibration.

  • Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State.

Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.
