Termination for Failure to Become Effective This Agreement and all obligations of the parties under it shall terminate if it has not entered into effect by the date ninety (90) days after the date of this Agreement, unless the World Bank, after consideration of the reasons for the delay, establishes a later date for the purpose of this Section. The World Bank shall promptly notify the Recipient of such later date.
Downgrade Event If Downgrade Event is indicated as Applicable on the Cover Sheet, if at any time there occurs a Downgrade Event in respect of a Party, then the other Party may require Performance Assurance in an amount determined by that Party in a commercially reasonable manner. Failure to provide such Performance Assurance to the requesting Party within three Business Days of request is an Event of Default.
Discussions Before Termination (a) Where an employer has made a definite decision that the employer no longer wishes the job the employee has been doing done by anyone and this is not due to the ordinary and customary turnover of labour and that decision may lead to termination of employment, the employer shall hold discussions with the employees directly affected and with his/her union, where applicable.

Promotional Increase When an employee is promoted, the employee shall move to the new salary pay grade and shall be placed at a new salary step which provides a salary increase in an amount closest to, but not less than, a two (2) step increase in their pre-promotion pay grade. Commercial Operation Date (COD 15.1.1 The Project shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate is issued (the “COD”). Commercial Operation Date (COD) Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex shall be deemed to be complete when the Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate, as the case may be, is issued under the provisions of Article 14, and accordingly the commercial operation date of the Project shall be the date on which such Completion Certificate or the Provisional Certificate is issued (the “COD”). The Bus Terminal and Commercial Complex shall enter into commercial service on COD whereupon the Concessionaire shall be entitled to demand and collect Fee in accordance with provisions of Article 27 and that the entry of Bus Terminal or part thereof into commercial service shall always be subject to compliance with the provisions of Clause 18.3 and Clause 26.2.
Service Activation Date Billing for the Service Component will begin on the Service Activation Date, as specified below, for the specific Service type. The Service Activation Date is the date (i) Equipment is installed and tested at the Customer’s locations, and (ii) IP connectivity to LightEdge has been established.
