Working Space. Facility will make available to ABC adequate working space to allow ABC to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

Working Space. Each member district shall provide working space for psychologists, social workers, speech pathologists, and other itinerant personnel. No maintenance fee will be charged for this space.

In the event Provider agrees to perform services while Client is performing construction at the location, Provider shall have no liability with respect to any harm or damage to equipment stored at the Client’s working space resulting from ongoing construction in the working space, including but not limited to physical damage to the equipment resulting from excess dust derived from ongoing construction or data loss due to equipment failure caused by ongoing construction performed while Provider rendered services at the working space.
Working Space. All faculty members shall be provided with working space to conduct their teaching-related and administrative duties.

b) The Contractor shall maintain throughout the construction period, all Work areas in a clean and orderly condition and take whatever precautions may be necessary adjacent to new Work. Where construction materials are to be stored or Work performed in working space outside the building, the Contractor shall provide necessary protection for walks, pavement, etc. Any damage to Work due to improper protection shall be cleaned, repaired or replaced by the Contractor at no additional expense to the County.

Working Space. EWSD agrees to provide a suitable workspace for the DLO located within the district office at 00 Xxxxx Xxxxxx. This will be an office that can be secured and provides the DLO with internet access.
