Working Space. Facility will make available to ABC adequate working space to allow ABC to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement.

Where construction materials are to be stored or Work performed in working space outside the building, the Contractor shall provide necessary protection for walks, pavement, etc. Any damage to Work due to improper protection shall be cleaned, repaired or replaced by the Contractor at no additional expense to the County.
