rigger means an Employee assisting under the direct supervision of a rigger in erecting or placing in position the members of any type of structure (other than scaffolding and aluminium alloy structures) and for the manner of ensuring the stability of such members for dismantling such structures or for setting up cranes or hoists other than those attached to scaffolding and who has had less than twelve months experience at rigging work.

APPENDIX “A” The Union shall notify the Company in writing within thirty (30) days, or a longer period if by mutual agreement, of a failure to reach agreement on the issue of a wage adjustment. The parties shall within thirty (30) days of notification under Item 1 above, agree on a sole Arbitrator to hear the matter. The Arbitrator shall be agreed upon from the following list:
rigger means an employee conducting rigging and dogging duties for a mobile crane and/or crawler crane. Scheduled Travel Arrangement means any travel organised on behalf of the employee by the employer between point of hire, place of work and between work sites as and if required for an employee to complete their duties. Site Access Requirements means the customer site policies and procedures, work competencies, the inductions, training, health, safety, medical and employment conditions that are requested by the customer and need to be met by the Employer and its employees in order to be granted access to the work site. Tax Law refers to the Taxation Administration Act 1953 (Cth), the Fringe Benefits Tax Assessment Act 1986 (Cth), and any other relevant federal tax legislation.
