WELLHEADS. A class 600 wellhead including at least one side valve below the master valve will be required. The final permanent wellhead will be fitted to the 6-5/8” casing. After running the 9-5/8” casing, a fabricated flange with casing pin will be screwed into the coupling of the surface casing, and a DSA installed to allow installation of the BOP. After running and cementing the 6-5/8” casing, a screw on class 600 Casing Head and 2” x 600 side valve and BOP equipment shall be installed onto the 6-5/8” casing after removing the coupling from it. All subsequent coring and well completion will be through this wellhead. The 4” valve and casing head with side valve, both class 600 , will be left on the well, This will entail installation of a class 600 CHF unless the well is abandoned in which case they will both be removed following cement plugging of the well.

WELLHEADS. All xxxxx shall be equipped with casingheads, tubingheads, and wellhead connections which conform to API standards. The casingheads used on such xxxxx shall have working pressure ratings of not less than the highest pressure encountered in the area. All Christmas trees to be used by the operator in the city limits shall be tested to the related pressure after the same is installed, and a copy of such testings shall be furnished to the superintendent. The superintendent shall approve tubingheads and wellhead connections to be used on such xxxxx which shall have working pressure ratings in excess of the well's shut in surface pressure. All such xxxxx having a surface shut in pressure of three thousand (3,000) pounds per square inch or less shall be equipped with at least one master valve and one wing valve. All xxxxx having surface shut in pressures in excess of three thousand (3,000) pounds per square inch shall be equipped with at least two (2) master valves and one wing valve, and no such well shall have threaded connections between the surface safety valve and the Christmas tree.

  • Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner. 4.1.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities, and

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Connections HTC”s responsibility for service ends at the demarcation point. “Demarcation” means the point of meeting where the “hand-off” occurs between HTC’s system and Customer’s system. Facilities used by HTC in providing Services may be connected with terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer. In such a case, facilities and terminal equipment or communications systems provided by Customer or its customers shall be subject to mutually agreeable technical interface specifications.

  • Interconnection 2.1 This section applies to linking with suppliers providing public telecommunications transport networks or services in order to allow the users of one supplier to communicate with users of another supplier and to access services provided by another supplier, where specific commitments are undertaken.

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).

  • Fuel The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Plant The expression ‘Plant’ as used in the tender papers shall mean every temporary accessory necessary or considered necessary by the Engineer to execute, construct, complete and maintain the work and all altered, modified, substituted and additional works ordered in the time and the manner herein provided and all temporary materials and special and other articles and appliance of every sort kind and description whatsoever intended or used therefore.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.
