Wellness Clinic. Nurses working in the Wellness Clinic program will be covered by the Collective Agreement except where modified in this article: (a) Nurses working in the Wellness Clinics will be compensated at the appropriate step on the salary grid contained in the collective agreement. (b) The nurse working in these programs will be identified as casual.
