Common use of Welsh Language Clause in Contracts

Welsh Language. The Board shall seek to comply with the principles of the Welsh Language Xxx 0000, the Welsh Language Measure 2011 and adhere to the relevant requirements of the Council’s current Welsh Language Scheme; a copy of which can be requested from the Authorised Representative. The Board shall take all reasonable and practicable steps to deliver the Service to the Service User in the language medium of the Service User’s choice.
