What do I need to do to get the benefits of this Settlement? To remain a Class Member and obtain the Warranty Extension you do not have to do anything. Class Members who believe they are eligible to receive reimbursement for transmission repair or replacement (described in Questions 6-8) must fill out and send to the Settlement Administrator a Claim Form.
