WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?. This Limited Warranty shall apply to Products, along with accompanying Accessories, that are registered to Your HTC Enterprise account within three (3) months of VIVE hardware Product purchase, subject to HTC’s confirmation (once registered, the “Covered Product”). You can not change, transfer or remove Covered Product once it has been registered to your Business Services. This Limited Warranty supersedes and replaces any Limited Warranty found within the original Product packaging for the Covered Product. During the Warranty Period, HTC warrants that the Covered Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship if used under Normal Use Conditions. This Limited Warranty is given only to You, and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or given in full or in part to any subsequent purchaser or acquirer of the Covered Product or any other person.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?. During the Warranty Period, HTC warrants that the Product or Accessory will function properly if used under Normal Use Conditions in accordance with the user instruction materials packaged with the Product or Accessory or posted online by HTC from time to time (“Limited Warranty”). This Limited Warranty is given only to You, and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or given in full or in part to any subsequent purchaser or acquirer of the Product or Accessory or any other person.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?. The Seller warrants only to the original purchaser of the Product on Back Market (“you” or the “Buyer”) that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the Warranty Period defined below, as documented by a valid proof of purchase — e.g. receipt or invoice. This Limited Warranty excludes consequential damages, limits the duration of implied warranties, and provides for liquidated damages.
WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?. Physical Integrity. Subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in this Limited Warranty, Fiberon warrants that, for the applicable Warranty Period set forth in Section 3 below, each Product shall remain free from material manufacturing defects and will not check, splinter, delaminate, rot, or suffer structural damage from fungal decay, when properly installed, used and maintained for a residential application and in accordance with Fiberon’s written instructions for the Products. Stain and Fade Resistance. Subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth in this Limited Warranty, Fiberon warrants that, for the applicable Warranty Period set forth below in Section 3, the Products will be resistant to permanent staining resulting from spills of food and beverage items that would typically be present on a residential deck, and that the Products will resistant to color change from light and weathering exposure as measured by color change in excess of 5 Delta E (Hunter) units. This warranty is applicable only to the extent the Products were installed, cared for and maintained in accordance with the Fiberon Care and Maintenance Instructions.

All Eligible Products must be registered to your Advantage Pack within three (3) months of Eligible Product purchase. You cannot change, transfer, or remove Eligible Products once they have been registered to your Advantage Pack.
