Applicable Warranty Period definition

Applicable Warranty Period means, with respect to any repair, modification, or improvement by the Developer(s) hereunder, the time period that begins on the date repairs, modifications or improvements to Designated Roads are complete and ending on the date that is twelve (12) months after such completion date.

Applicable Warranty Period means the relevant warranty period for the particular BP Organic Shingles, as set out in Exhibit “A”.

Applicable Warranty Period means that period of time set forth in the Original Express Written Warranty applicable to the Original Owner's/Original Homeowner's MIWD Product.

Applicable Warranty Period means (a) twelve (12) months after the Commencement Date with respect to the HVAC system, and (b) six (6) months after the Commencement Date with respect to the other Covered Items.

Applicable Warranty Period means 12 months following the completion of any repair, modification or improvement of any existing County asset by Developer or its Representatives, or 24 months for any new bridge constructed, repaired, improved or installed by Developer or its Representatives.
