What We Do Not Cover. Unless prior written approval is received from Carefree, work performed (parts and/or service) by any person or entity other than Carefree is not covered under any Plan. In addition, the Plan specifically excludes all labor and materials for cleaning indoor coils or filters. The Plan further excludes any work required by a licensed electrician. The Plans do not cover any materials, parts or labor required as a result of unusual circumstances, including, but not limited to, floods, fire, freezing, natural disaster, civil disobedience, riot, war, equipment abuse or the like. The Plans do not include service calls from a result of human error, Example: emergency switch shut off etc. Customers are responsible for ordinary maintenance of the Equipment including, but not limited to, the replacement of air filters and remote control batteries, and the lubrication of motors. Air conditioning coverage under the Gold Plan does not include compressors, condensers, evaporators, electrical wiring, insufficient power to machine, power outages, brown outs, power interruptions, blower coil cleanings, mold cleanings, and the repair of non-­‐visible refrigerant leaks.

  • Comprehensive Automobile and Truck Liability Insurance covering owned, hired and non-owned vehicles, with a combined bodily injury and property damage limit of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence; or separate limits of $250,000 for bodily injury (per person), $500,000 bodily injury (per accident), and $100,000 for property damage.

  • Certification Regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code, PROVIDER certifies it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization. PROVIDER acknowledges this Purchase Order may be terminated if this certification is or becomes inaccurate.

  • Support Coverage We do not provide Production or Development Support for Software that (a) you (or a third party) have modified or recompiled, (b) is running on hardware or hypervisor that is not Supported Hardware or (c) is running in an unsupported Use Case as described in an Exhibit. You are responsible for testing the Software before deploying it in your environment. You should also backup your systems on a regular basis and have those backups available if needed for support purposes.

  • Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance that shall include coverage for bodily injury and property damage arising from the operation of any owned, non-owned, or hired automobile. The Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance Policy shall provide not less than $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits for each accident. Additional Requirements for Commercial Business Automobile Liability Insurance are shown below at Paragraph 1.5.3.3.6.

  • Business Automobile Liability Insurance Business Automobile Liability Insurance must cover all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles with a minimum combined single limit of $500,000 per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage. The policy shall contain the following endorsements in favor of DIR and/or Customer:

  • Business Automobile Liability Contractor shall maintain, during the entire term of the contract, automobile liability insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) per occurrence.

  • Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage.

  • Workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance endorsements The following are required:

  • For the Commercial General Liability Insurance and Business Automobile Liability Insurance required below, the Contractor shall cause to be included in each of its policies ISO form CG 20 10 11 85 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage, such as the combination of CG 20 10 04 13 and CG 20 37 04 13) and form CA 20 48 10 13 (or a form or forms that provide equivalent coverage) naming as additional insureds: The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use the Contract and their officers, agents, and employees. An Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage shall be provided to OGS after renewal and/or upon request. A blanket Additional Insured Endorsement evidencing such coverage is also acceptable. For Contractors who are self-insured, Contractor shall be obligated to defend and indemnify the above-named additional insureds with respect to Commercial General Liability and Business Automobile Liability, in the same manner that Contractor would have been required to pursuant to this section had Contractor obtained such insurance policies. As clarification, “The People of the State of New York” means the State of New York and its subsidiary governmental entities. This is the name in which the State, as a governmental entity, enters into contracts, takes title to property, and initiates legal actions. Using the term “People” does not mean that the insurer is insuring all residents of New York State; rather, it means that the State government is being insured.
