When Deductions Begin. -16 Deductions under all properly executed voluntary authorizations for checkoff shall become effective at the time such authorizations are tendered to the Employer and shall be deducted from the first (1st) pay of the month and each month thereafter. Bargaining unit employees may reinstate Union membership dues or service fees by signing a dues authorization card. Deductions shall begin no later than thirty (30) days after the delivery of authorization to the Employer.
