When Deductions Begin. Section 6.08 Check-Off deductions under all properly executed Authorization Forms shall become effective at the time the application is tendered to the Employer and shall be deducted within three (3) weeks following the week it is submitted, and thereafter from the first (1st) and second (2nd) biweekly pays of each month.
