Whenever Maintenance Contractor Sample Clauses

Whenever Maintenance Contractor becomes aware of any Defect in a Maintained Element or of any maintenance activity that Maintenance Contractor considers should be performed but with regards to which Maintenance Contractor believes falls outside of its scope of responsibility for Maintenance Services, Maintenance Contractor shall immediately notify TxDOT of such Defect or maintenance activity.

  • Record Maintenance The Service Provider shall maintain, and require any third parties with which it contracts to maintain with respect to the Fund’s shareholders holding the Fund’s shares in a Service Provider account (“Customers”) the following records: a. Number of shares; b. Date, price and amount of purchases and redemptions (including dividend reinvestments) and dates and amounts of dividends paid for at least the current year to date; c. Name and address of the Customer, including zip codes and social security numbers or taxpayer identification numbers; d. Records of distributions and dividend payments; and e. Any transfers of shares.

  • Operating and Maintenance Expenses Subject to the provisions herein addressing the use of facilities by others, and except for operations and maintenance expenses associated with modifications made for providing interconnection or transmission service to a third party and such third party pays for such expenses, Developer shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses including overheads, associated with: (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing Developer Attachment Facilities; and (2) operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities.   • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.
