Where an employee or the Union Sample Clauses

Where an employee or the Union on behalf of a group of employees has presented a grievance up to and including the final level with respect to disciplinary action resulting in discharge, suspension or a financial penalty, and the grievance has not been dealt with to the employee or group of employee’s satisfaction, they may refer the grievance to adjudication in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act and Regulations, as may be amended from time to time.
