WHERE YOU CAN AND CANNOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE. 2.1 You and any Authorised Driver must only use the Vehicle on a road, which is properly formed and constructed as a sealed, metalled or graded gravel road. 2.2 You and any Authorised Driver must not, unless authorised in writing by BettaCns Airport Car Hire, drive or take the Vehicle: (a) to Kangaroo Island; however, if so authorised, You and any Authorised Driver must not drive the Vehicle between dusk and xxxx outside the town limits; (b) to Fraser Island, Bruny Island, Groote Eylandt, to Xxxx Peninsula, Tiwi Islands, Stradbroke Islands, Moreton Island, or any island off the coast of Australia; (c) into or out of the Northern Territory, Tasmania, or to any points in Western Australia north of Carnarvon; (d) in Queensland: (1) on Xxxxxxx Xx. 00 beyond Chillagoe in a Westerly direction; (2) on Highway No. 1 beyond Normanton in a Southerly direction and no further North than Karumba; (3) if the Vehicle is a passenger vehicle or truck, beyond Cooktown to the North or Lakeland to the West and no further than Cape Tribulation on the Coast Road; (4) on the Coast Road from Helenvale to Cape Tribulation, or from Xxxxx to Lakeland unless the Vehicle is a Four Wheel Drive; (e) in the snow (at anytime and anywhere (including Tasmania)); (f) above the snow line in: (1) in New South Wales (being Jindabyne); or (2) Victoria (being Bright), From the beginning of June until the end of September; (g) on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood waters; (h) in the Northern Territory: (1) on the Xxx Xxx Falls Road to Xxx Xxx Falls and Twin Falls; or (2) outside any town or city limits between dusk and xxxx. (i) in Western Australia: (1) to any parts North of Carnarvon; (2) on the Xxxx River, Cape Xxxxxxx Road, Widdjana Gorge, Canning Stock Route, Gunbarrel Highway and Hollard Track; (3) beyond 100 kilometres of the Perth city limits between dusk and xxxx; or (4) otherwise, outside any town or city limits between dusk and xxxx outside any city limits between dusk and xxxx; or

You must not travel outwith the following countries with your spaceship: The UK and all Member countries of the EU (European Union – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom) plus Andorra, Iceland, Norway, Serbia and Switzerland. You are also responsible for understanding and adhering to the laws of each country you travel to. c. You must not drive or take the Vehicle: i. On any road which is closed or restricted; or ii. On beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood waters; or iii. To any other area which we have, in our discretion, advised you not to enter. d. If you get stuck off road (including sides of road) you will be liable for the recovery charges irrespective of the insurance option chosen. e. In the event of taking one of our vehicles to an unapproved country, the following will apply: i. You will not be covered under any Spaceships insurance policy. ii. Spot fine of up to £1000 may be applied at Spaceships discretion per unauthorised country that you visit. iii. Any cost including and not limited to theft and damage incurred to spaceships caused by your visit to an unauthorised country will be charged to you alongside an administration fee. iv. Spaceships reserve the right to terminate your hire immediately or request you to take the shortest and safest route back into a pre-approved country as authorised by Spaceships. f. It is your responsibility to check winter tyres regulations where you are travelling to. For the avoidance of doubt Spaceships Rentals do not supply vehicles with Winter Tyres as standard.

  • Unbundled Digital Loops 2.3.1 BellSouth will offer Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL). UDLs are service specific, will be designed, will be provisioned with test points (where appropriate), and will come standard with OC and a DLR. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.

  • Data Management Contractor will not use State data, including production data, for testing or development purposes unless authorized in writing by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate. Contractor will implement and maintain procedures to physically and logically segregate State data, unless otherwise explicitly authorized by the State Chief Information Security Officer or delegate.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Agreement with Respect to Leased Data Processing Equipment (a) The Receiver hereby grants to the Assuming Bank an exclusive option for the period of ninety (90) days commencing the day after Bank Closing to accept an assignment from the Receiver of any or all Data Processing Leases to the extent that such Data Processing Leases can be assigned. (b) The Assuming Bank shall (i) give written notice to the Receiver within the option period specified in Section 4.7(a) of its intent to accept or decline an assignment or sublease of any or all Data Processing Leases and promptly accept an assignment or sublease of such Data Processing Leases, and (ii) give written notice to the appropriate lessor(s) that it has accepted an assignment or sublease of any such Data Processing Leases. (c) The Receiver agrees to facilitate the assignment or sublease of Data Processing Leases or the negotiation of new leases or license agreements by the Assuming Bank; provided, that neither the Receiver nor the Corporation shall be obligated to engage in litigation or make payments to the Assuming Bank or to any third party in connection with facilitating any such assumption, assignment, sublease or negotiation. (d) The Assuming Bank agrees, during its period of use of any property subject to a Data Processing Lease, to pay to the Receiver or to appropriate third parties at the direction of the Receiver all operating costs with respect thereto and to comply with all relevant terms of the applicable Data Processing Leases entered into by the Failed Bank, including without limitation the timely payment of all rent, taxes, fees, charges, utilities, insurance and assessments. (e) The Assuming Bank shall, not later than fifty (50) days after giving the notice provided in Section 4.7(b), (i) relinquish and release to the Receiver all property subject to the relevant Data Processing Lease, in the same condition as at Bank Closing, normal wear and tear excepted, or (ii) accept an assignment or a sublease thereof or negotiate a new lease or license agreement under this Section 4.7.

  • Data Mining 4.1. Provider agrees not to use GLO Data for unrelated commercial purposes, advertising or advertising-related services, or for any other purpose not explicitly authorized by the GLO in this Contract or any document related thereto. 4.2. Provider agrees to take all reasonably feasible physical, technical, administrative, and procedural measures to ensure that no unauthorized use of GLO Data occurs.

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows:

  • Ambulance Escort Where a nurse is assigned to provide patient care for a patient in transit, the following provisions shall apply: i) Where a full-time nurse performs such duties during her or his regular shift, the full-time nurse shall be paid her or his regular rate of pay. Where a full-time nurse performs such duties outside her or his regular shift or on a day off, she or he shall be paid the appropriate overtime rate. ii) Where a part-time nurse performs such duties during an assigned shift, she or he shall be paid her or his regular rate of pay. Where a part-time nurse continues to perform such duties in excess of her or his assigned shift, she or he shall be paid the appropriate overtime rate. (b) Where such duties extend beyond the nurse's regular shift, the Hospital will not require the nurse to return to regular duties at the hospital without at least eight (8) hours of time off. Where such time off extends into the nurse's next regularly scheduled shift she or he will maintain her or his regular earnings for that full shift. (c) Hours spent between the time the nurse is relieved of patient care responsibilities and the time the nurse returns to the hospital or to such other location agreed upon between the Hospital and the nurse will be paid at straight time or at appropriate overtime rates, if applicable under Article 14. 01. It is understood that the nurse shall return to the hospital or to such other location agreed upon between the Hospital and the nurse at the earliest opportunity. Prior to the nurse's departure on escort duty, or at such other time as may be mutually agreed upon between the Hospital and the nurse, the Hospital will establish with the nurse arrangements for return travel. (d) The nurse shall be reimbursed for reasonable out of pocket expenses including room, board and return transportation and consideration will be given to any special circumstances not dealt with under the foregoing provisions. NOTE 1: (Note 1 applies to full-time nurses only) The Hospital agrees to continue to pay any greater monetary benefit for ambulance escort duty if such greater benefit has been paid by the Hospital immediately prior to this Agreement. This note applies at Hospitals where this superior condition exists as of December 14, 1987. NOTE 2: (Note 2 applies to part-time nurses only) The Hospital agrees to continue to pay any greater monetary benefit for ambulance escort duty if such greater benefit was paid by the Hospital under a Collective Agreement immediately prior to this Agreement. This note applies at Hospitals where this superior condition exists as of December 14, 1987.
