WHEREBY IT IS AGREED. The Council shall let to the tenant for him/her to hold as tenant to the Council from year to year Allotment No. which forms part of the Council’s register of allotments on Mansfield Road / Nottingham Road, Selston.
WHEREBY IT IS AGREED. The Promoter hereby engages the ARTISTE and the ARTISTE hereby agrees to provide to Promoter the services and materials necessary for the performance of the Artist engagement hereinafter provided, all upon the terms and conditions set forth below: Sound, Lights and Staging: The Festival will supply first class sound, lights and stage (in accordance with the Festival Production Conditions and Technical Specifications attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein) at no additional cost to Company. Support: The Festival shall engage all other artistes performing at the Festival at its own cost. Fee (Compensation Agreed Upon): In consideration of the Services of the Artiste and any other agreed services provided by the Artiste the Festival shall pay to the Artiste the sum of [[ ]] (plus VAT if applicable) (referred to as the “Guaranteed Fee”), which shall be paid by Promoter to Company by bank wire transfer to the bank account specified in Section 4.1 of the Festival’s Standard Terms (The Yourope Standard Terms for Artiste and Performer Engagement and the Festival Riders) annexed hereto and by reference incorporated herein on the following terms:

WHEREBY IT IS AGREED. This Agreement shall commence as from the date hereof and remain in force for a period of two years, or until otherwise terminated under this Agreement, whichever is earlier.
WHEREBY IT IS AGREED. The Council will arrange for the manufacture, maintenance and installation of X signs displaying XXXXX branding in accordance with the specification set out in Schedule 2 attached hereto, the cost to be borne by the sponsor. The annual maintenance of the landscaped area and reinstatement of any damage will be undertaken by the Council or their agent. Other necessary signage maybe installed by the Council on the site(s).
WHEREBY IT IS AGREED. The annual maintenance of the landscaped area and reinstatement of any damage will be undertaken by the Council or their agent. Other necessary signage maybe installed by the Council on the site(s).
