WHO IS AN INSURED. 1. If you are designated in the Declarations as:
a. An individual, you and your spouse are insureds, but only with respect to the conduct of a business of which you are the sole owners.
b. A partnership or joint venture, you are an insured. Your members and your partners and their spouses are also an insured, but only with respect to the conduct of your business.
c. An organization other than a partnership or joint venture, you are an insured. Your executive officers and directors are insureds, but only with respect to their duties as your officers or directors. Your stockholders are also an insured, but only with respect to their liability as stockholders.
2. Each of the following is also an insured:
a. Your employees other than your executive officers, but only for acts within the scope of their employment by you. However, none of these employees is an insured for:
(1) “Bodily injury" to you or to a co-employee while in the course of their employment;
WHO IS AN INSURED. All of the following are included as an Insured under the policy:
(a) The Named Insured;
(b) Any subsidiary of the Named Insured but only with respect to Wrongful Acts, Digital Assets Loss, Business Interruption Loss, or Credible Threat taking place while a subsidiary;
(c) If the Named Insured is:
(i) An individual, Insured includes the Named Insured’s spouse, but only with respect to the conduct of a business of which the Named Insured is the sole owner;
(ii) A partnership, joint venture, limited liability partnership or limited liability company, Insured includes the Named Insured’s members, partners, principals, stockholders or owners thereof and their spouses, but only with respect to the conduct of the Named Insured’s partnership, joint venture, limited liability partnership or limited liability company business and only while acting in thei r capacity as such;
(iii) A business corporation, Insured includes:
(1) The Named Insured’s present or past Employees but only with respect to the conduct of the Named Insured’s business corporation and only while acting within the scope of their duties as such;
(2) The Named Insured’s present or past officers and directors (whether elected, appointed, or de facto) but only with respect to the conduct of the Named Insured’s business corporation and only while acting within the scope of their duties as such; and
(3) The Named Insured’s shareholders but only with respect to their liability as shareholders;
(d) In the event of the death, incompetence, insolvency or bankruptcy of any Insured, the Insured includes the estate or appointed legal representative of the Insured but only while acting within the scope of their duties as such; and
(e) Any entity that the Named Insured acquires or forms and which the Named Insured either owns or maintains a fifty-one percent (51%) or more controlling interest, provided that:
(i) There is no other insurance available to that entity;
(ii) The Named Insured advised the Insurer within ninety (90) days of the acquisition or formation of such entity and provides the Insurer with reasonable information as it deems necessary to evaluate any material change to the risk;
(iii) The Named Insured agrees to pay any additional premium requested by the Insurer; and
(iv) The Wrongful Acts, Digital Assets Loss, Business Interruption Loss, or Credible Threat takes place after the effective date of acquisition or formation.
WHO IS AN INSURED. 1. If you are designated in the Declarations as:
a. An individual, you and your spouse are insureds, but only with respect to the conduct of a business of which you are the sole owners.
b. A partnership or joint venture, you are an insured. Your members and your partners and their spouses are also an insured, but only with respect to the conduct of your business.
c. An organization other than a partnership or joint venture, you are an insured. Your executive officers and directors are insureds, but only with respect to their duties as your officers or directors. Your stockholders are also an insured, but only with respect to their liability as stockholders.
2. Each of the following is also an insured:
a. Your employees other than your executive officers, but only for acts within the scope of their employment by you. However, none of these employees is an insured for:
(1) “Bodily injury" to you or to a co-employee while in the course of their employment;
(2) Property damage” to property owned or occupied by or rented or loaned to that employee, any of your other employees or any of your partners or members (if you are a partnership or joint venture).
b. Any person or organization having proper temporary custody of your “real" property if you die; but only:
(1) With respect to liability arising out of the maintenance or use of that property; and
(2) Until your legal representative has been appointed.
c. Your legal representative if you die, but only with respect to duties as such. That representative will have all your rights and duties under this Coverage Plan. No person or organization is an insured with respect to the conduct of any current or past partnership or joint venture that is not shown as a Named Insured in the Declarations.
d. If listed as an additional insured on the policy, the policy will provide coverage to the additional insured as if it were the insured listed in the Declarations. However, alll conditions, limits, and other policy provisions apply regardless if additional insured(s) are listed on the policy. If the insured named in the Declarations is unable to comply with the requirements or conditons listed in the policy, for any additional insured to be covered, that additional insured must comply themselves with all policy requirements and conditions.

a. Your employees, other than your executive officers, but only for acts within the scope of their employment by you. However, none of these employees is an insured for:
1) Bodily injury" or "personal injury" to you or to a co-employee while in the course of his or her employment: or
2) Bodily injury" or "personal injury" to any person who at the time of injury is entitled to benefits under any workers compensation or disability benefits law or a similar law; or
3) Bodily injury" or "personal injury" arising out of his or her providing or failing to provide professional health care services; or
4) Property damage" to property owned or occupied by or rented or loaned to that employee, any of your other employees, or any of your partners or members (if you are a partnership or joint venture).
b. Any person (other than your employee), or any organization while acting as your real estate manager.
c. Any person or organization having proper temporary custody of your property if you die, but only:
1) With respect to liability arising out of the maintenance or use of that property; and
2) Until your legal representative has been appointed.
d. Your legal representative if you die, but only with respect to duties as such. That representative will have all your rights and duties under this policy.
3. Any organization you newly acquire or form, other than a partnership or joint venture, and over which you maintain ownership or majority interest, will be deemed to be a Named Insured if there is no other similar insurance available to that organization. However:
a. Coverage under this provision is afforded only until the 90th day after you acquire or form the organization or the end of the policy period, whichever is earlier;
b. Coverages A and D do not apply to "bodily injury" ...

ii. any member of or partner in such joint venture, limited liability partnership or partnership; and
iii. the spouse of such member or partner, but only with respect to the conduct of the business of such joint venture, limited liability partnership or partnership.
c. An association or limited liability company, each of the following is an insured:
i. the association or limited liability company;
ii. any member of such association or limited liability company, but only with respect to the conduct of the business of such association or limited liability company; and
iii. any executive officer, director or manager of such association or limited liability company, but only with respect to duties as such.
d. A trust, each of the following is an insured:
i. the trust; and
ii. any trustee of such trust, but only with respect to duties as such.
e. An organization not described in 1. a., b., c. or d. of this Section, each of the following is an insured:
i. the organization;
ii. any executive officer or director of such organization, but only with respect to duties as such; and
iii. any shareholder of such organization, but only with respect to liability as shareholder.
WHO IS AN INSURED. 1. Only the following are "insureds" under this policy:
a. The "rentee" who has:
(1) Entered into a "rental agreement" with the "policyholder" shown in the Declarations; and
(2) Elected in writing under the "rental agreement" to purchase optional "supplemental rental liability insurance"; and
(3) Paid for optional "supplemental rental liability insurance".
b. Additional authorized drivers whose names appear on the "rental agreement", where the "rentee" has complied with a. (1), (2), and (3) per above.
2. The following are not "insureds" under this policy:
a. The "policyholder", "certificate holder" or owner of the "rental vehicle", or
b. Any employee, agent or family member of the "policyholder" or "certificate holder", or
c. Any driver who is not an authorized driver under the terms of the "rental agreement", or whose name does not appear on the "rental agreement".

a. An individual, you and your spouse are insureds, but only with respect to the conduct of a business of which you are the sole owner.
b. A partnership or joint venture, you are an insured. Your members, your partners and their spouses are also insureds, but only with respect to the conduct of your business.
c. A limited liability company, you are an insured. Your members are also insureds, but only with respect to the conduct of your business. Your managers are insureds, but only with respect to their duties as your managers.
d. An organization other than a partnership, joint venture or limited liability company, you are an insured. Your Executive Officers and directors are insureds, but only with respect to their duties as your officers or directors. Your stockholders are also insureds, but only with respect to their liability as stockholders.
e. A trust, you are an insured. Your trustees are also insureds, but only with respect to their duties as trustees.
2. Each of the following is also an insured:
a. Your Volunteer Workers only while performing duties related to the conduct of your business, or your Employees, other than either your Executive Officers (if you are an organization other than a partnership, joint venture or limited liability company) or your managers (if you are a limited liability company), but only for acts within the scope of their employment by you or while performing duties related to the conduct of your business. However, none of these Employees or Volunteer Workers are insureds for:
