Who May File a Grievance. 3.3.1 A grievance may be filed by any of the following individuals as long as the faculty member is not alleging a violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication previously and unsuccessfully grieved: 3.3.1.1 Any faculty member who, at the time of filing, is a member of the bargaining unit; 3.3.1.2 Any former faculty member who was a member of the bargaining unit at the time the grievable incident occurred and who processes the grievance within the time period set forth herein; 3.3.1.3 An officer of the Faculty Association who has been authorized to file the grievance on behalf of the Faculty Association by its Executive Board.
