WHOIS Information. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) - the organization charged with managing the assignment of domain names and addresses - requires that we collect the following information about you during the domain name registration process: your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and, if available, your fax number. This information, as well as the registration and expiration dates of your domain name and the name server associated with your domain name, is made accessible to the public on an interactive web page using a 'port 43' WHOIS service. We will refer to this information as your 'WHOIS Information'. Please, NOTE that we are not able to restrict any access to your WHOIS information or control in what manner or for what purposes members of the public may use details of it, we can however provide Privacy Protection for a small fee. WHOIS Information. Reseller will ensure that the Whois and other information of End Users are at all times complete and accurate, and that such information is updated and kept current. All API Resellers are responsible for submitting the contact information (including but not limited to address, telephone, and email address(es)) for each Registrant, Admin Contact, and technical contact to DomainPeople in the format prescribed by the RFCs published by the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), the principal technical development and standards-setting body for the Internet. For example, it shall be an API Reseller’s sole responsibility to verify that email addresses are in the format per RFC 5322 (or any other standard format), that telephone numbers are in the format and notation for international telephone numbers per ITU-T E.164 (or any other standard format), and that postal addresses are in the format applicable for the country or territory per UPU Postal addressing format templates and/or the S42 address templates (or any other standard format),. The IETF may update, modify, or publish new standard formats for the aforementioned data at any time at its sole discretion. ICANN may also prescribe its own standard format for the aforementioned data at any time at its sole discretion.
WHOIS Information. The Registrar must always ensure that the Registrant’s information submitted to the Registry is up to date and accurate. RICTA is entitled at any time to verify the accuracy and completeness of any information provided by the Registrant to RICTA. RICTA will send an email to the Registrant and/or their respective Registrar requesting valid information, as set forth in the email within 15 days from the time and date of the email. If RICTA has not received the Requested Information within the 15 days, RICTA will send a second email to the Registrant and/or their respective Registrar reminding the submission of the requested information via their respective Registrar, within 15 days of the time and date of the second email, failure to update this information may lead to penalties.

  • Confidential System Information HHSC prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of Other Confidential Information. Grantee and all Grantee Agents will not disclose or use any Other Confidential Information in any manner except as is necessary for the Project or the proper discharge of obligations and securing of rights under the Contract. Grantee will have a system in effect to protect Other Confidential Information. Any disclosure or transfer of Other Confidential Information by Xxxxxxx, including information requested to do so by HHSC, will be in accordance with the Contract. If Grantee receives a request for Other Confidential Information, Xxxxxxx will immediately notify HHSC of the request, and will make reasonable efforts to protect the Other Confidential Information from disclosure until further instructed by the HHSC. Grantee will notify HHSC promptly of any unauthorized possession, use, knowledge, or attempt thereof, of any Other Confidential Information by any person or entity that may become known to Grantee. Grantee will furnish to HHSC all known details of the unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, and use reasonable efforts to assist HHSC in investigating or preventing the reoccurrence of any unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, of Other Confidential Information. HHSC will have the right to recover from Grantee all damages and liabilities caused by or arising from Grantee or Grantee Agents’ failure to protect HHSC’s Confidential Information as required by this section. IN COORDINATION WITH THE INDEMNITY PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE UTC, Xxxxxxx WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HHSC FROM ALL DAMAGES, COSTS, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS) CAUSED BY OR ARISING FROM Grantee OR Grantee AGENTS FAILURE TO PROTECT OTHER CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Grantee WILL FULFILL THIS PROVISION WITH COUNSEL APPROVED BY HHSC.
