WINDOWS AND WINDOW. COVERINGS The skylights and windows that reflect or admit light into any place in the Building shall not be covered or obstructed by the Tenant, and no awnings, curtains or blinds shall be installed without the prior written consent of the Landlord. Window coverings that are installed shall have lining on the side facing the interior side of exterior windows. The Tenant shall not and shall not permit its employees, agents or invitees to throw anything out the windows or doors of the Building or into the passageways, stairways, lightwells or elevators shafts of the Building.

WINDOWS AND WINDOW. COVERINGS The skylights and windows that reflect or admit light into any place in the Development shall not be covered or obstructed by the Licensee, and no awnings, curtains or blinds shall be installed without written consent of the Landlord. The Developments' standard window coverings shall remain in the lowered position at all times. Window coverings that are installed shall comply with the uniform scheme of the Development and shall have lining on the side facing the interior side of exterior windows. The Licensee shall not and shall not permit its employed, agents or invitees to throw anything out of the doors of the development or into any passageways, stairways, or elevator shafts of the Development.

  • Windows Windows in the Premises shall not be covered or obstructed by Lessee. No bottles, parcels or other articles shall be placed on the windowsills, in the halls, or in any other part of the Building other than the Premises. No article shall be thrown out of the doors or windows of the Premises.

  • Window Coverings No curtains, draperies, blinds, shutters, shades, awnings, screens or other coverings, window ventilators, hangings, decorations or similar equipment shall be attached to, hung or placed in, or used in or with any window of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to control all lighting within the Premises that may be visible from the exterior of the Building.

  • Doors Doors for entrance to and exit from the Premises shall be kept closed at all times, except when in use for entering or exiting the Premises.

  • Artwork 16.01. Artist agrees that G2 is the owner of any and all artwork, LP jacket art, and promotional artistic renderings undertaken or completed within the Option Terms of this Agreement. Artist shall have the right to use artwork which has been mutually approved by G2 and Artist for the purpose of Merchandising.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • GLASS The Tenant shall maintain the glass part of the demised premises, promptly replacing any breakage and fully saving the Landlord harmless from any loss, cost or damage resulting from such breakage or the replacement thereof.

  • Exterior Tenant shall not place or cause to be placed on the exterior of the Premises, or visible from the exterior of the Premises, or upon the roof or on any exterior door or wall or on any part of the Common Areas, any sign, awning, canopy, marquee, advertising matter, decoration, lettering, or any other thing of any kind (exclusive of the signs, if any, which may be provided for in the Tenant Improvements), without the prior written consent of Landlord.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • ASBESTOS CONTAINING BUILDING MATERIALS Please be advised that an asbestos survey may have been performed at the Property. If provided, please review the information that identifies the locations of known asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material. All personnel and appropriate subcontractors should be notified of the presence of these materials, and informed not to disturb these materials. Any activity that involves the disturbance or removal of these materials must be done by an appropriately trained individual/contractor.

  • Corporate Information Promptly upon, and in any event within five (5) Business Days after, becoming aware of any additional corporate or limited liability company information or division information of the type delivered pursuant to Section 6.01(f), or of any change to such information delivered on or prior to the Closing Date or pursuant to this Section 8.01 or otherwise under the Credit Documents, a certificate, certified to the extent of any change from a prior certification, from the secretary, assistant secretary, managing member or general partner of such Credit Party notifying the Administrative Agent of such information or change and attaching thereto any relevant documentation in connection therewith.
