Common use of Wiring Clause in Contracts

Wiring. When electric wiring of any kind is introduced, it must be connected as directed by the Landlord and no boring or cutting for wires will be allowed except with the written consent of the Landlord. No apparatus, other than normal office machines and equipment of any kind shall be connected with the electric wiring of the Leased Premises and/or the Building without the written consent of the Landlord.
