Commissioning Tests. All required instrumentation and control equipment will be used during such tests and the contractor will use all such measuring equipment and devices duly calibrated as far as practicable. However, the Contractor, for the requirement of these tests, shall take immeasurable parameters into account in a reasonable manner. The tests will be conducted at the specified load points and as near the specified cycle condition as practicable. The contractor will apply proper corrections in calculation, to take into account conditions, which do not correspond to the specified conditions. 2.7.1. Any special equipment, tools and tackles required for the successful completion of the Commissioning tests shall be provided by the contractor, free of cost.

Commissioning Tests. 9.1.1. At least 30 (thirty) days prior to the likely date of commissioning of the Facility, Seller shall notify the Independent Engineer and CEB of its intent to subject the Facility to Commissioning Tests. The date and time of each of the tests shall be determined by the Independent Engineer in consultation with Seller and notified to CEB who may designate its representative(s) to witness the Commissioning Tests. Seller shall provide such assistance as the Independent Engineer may reasonably require for witnessing the Tests. In the event that Seller and the Independent Engineer fail to mutually agree on the dates for conducting the tests, Seller shall fix the dates by not less than 10 (ten) days’ written notice to the Independent Engineer and CEB. 9.1.2. All Commissioning Tests shall be conducted in accordance with the testing procedures specified in Schedule H. The Independent Engineer shall observe, monitor and review the results of the tests to determine compliance of the Facility with this Agreement, and if it is reasonably anticipated or determined by the Independent Engineer during the course of any test that the performance of the Facility or any part thereof does not meet the provisions of this Agreement, it shall have the right to suspend or delay such test and require Seller to remedy and rectify the defects or deficiencies. Upon completion of each test, the Independent Engineer shall provide to Seller and CEB copies of all test data including detailed test results. For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly agreed that the Independent Engineer may, at the cost of Seller, require Seller to carry out or cause to be carried out additional tests, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, for determining the compliance of the Facility with the Specifications and Standards and the Guaranteed Operating Characteristics.
Commissioning Tests. Commissioning tests of the Customer’s installed Generation System shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards, including IEEE 1547. 1. The City must be given at least five (5) business day’s written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.
Commissioning Tests. 4.2.1 After a Unit has been successfully Synchronized with the Grid System, the Company shall further give at least seven (7) days notice by fax followed by registered mail to the HPSEBL of the exact date(s) on which Commissioning Test(s) will commence. The HPSEBL shall designate its authorized representative to observe these test(s). 4.2.2 The Company shall conduct Commissioning Tests within fifteen (15) days from the Synchronization Date, in the presence of an Independent Engineer appointed by both the Parties and the authorized representative of HPSEBL. The Independent Engineer and the authorized representative of the HPSEBL shall submit a certificate of the Tested Capacity and necessary performance tests of the plant to the Chief Engineer (Commercial), HPSEBL, Shimla or to any other authority as may be designated by the HPSEBL. After successful completion of the Commissioning Tests, trial operation of the Unit(s) shall be carried out by the Company for a period of 15 days to establish the reliability and stability of the Generating Unit(s). The Company shall also furnish a copy of the Tests results and the report regarding trial operation to the HPSEBL.
Commissioning Tests. Interconnection Customer shall perform: (A) measurements of harmonic voltage and current at commissioning of the Small Generating Facility and (B) tests to evaluate reactive capability and voltage regulation performance both statically and dynamically. Connecting Transmission Owner's representatives shall be permitted to witness such tests and measurements. Interconnection Customer shall submit a written report to the Connecting Transmission Owner documenting the measurement, test results and the corresponding operating conditions, thirty (30) days prior to the In-Service Date of the Small Generating Facility (except with respect to the testing referred to in clause (A) which report shall be provided as soon as practicable after the In-Service Date of the Small Generating Facility). The foregoing provisions shall be in addition to any and all other testing requirements pursuant to this Agreement.

The Interconnection Customer will provide test reports for each relay, test reports for each current transformer, and a completed Checkout Form, stamped and signed by a New York State Professional Engineer. The Connecting Transmission Owner will verify that the proper relay settings are loaded into each relay, determine that the RTU is fully operational, and determine that metering is functional.
