Withdrawal Authority. Margin is part payment by you to ACY Capital for the ACY Capital Contract and is not held on deposit for you. You must pay Margin to ACY Capital for the Contract. You must pay Margin in an amount of at least the minimum required Margin amount.

Withdrawal Authority. Upon the occurrence of a "Default," as that term is defined in the Lease [OR PROMISSORY NOTE], Pledgee may unilaterally withdraw from the Collateral Account sufficient funds to cure the Default and to pay the Pledgee the amount of damages sustained by the Pledgee as of such date without the need to obtain the consent of Pledgor or any other person or entity. Pledgor shall have no authority at any time to withdraw funds from the Collateral Account.
Withdrawal Authority. All cash of the Trust shall be deposited in such bank or other financial institution as the Trustees shall select, in an account held in the name of the Trust. The Trustees shall by resolution designate three (3) Union Trustees and three (3) Employer Trustees with withdrawal authority. No check or other withdrawal of funds of the Trust, and no transfer of any other property out of the ownership of the Trust, shall be made unless authorized by the signature of at least two (2) of the Trustees so designated, one of whom shall be a Union Trustee and the other an Employer Trustee. Notwithstanding the foregoing limitation, the Trustees may authorize any one (1) of the designated Trustees to sign checks in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00 per check, or to sign checks in any amount for benefit distributions.
Withdrawal Authority. Any person who signs to open your Secured Account or has authority to make withdrawals (including Authorized Users) may, acting alone, withdraw or transfer all or any part of your Secured Account balance at any time, subject to the limits set forth in this Agreement. Each of you (until we receive written notice to the contrary) authorizes each other person who signs or has authority to make withdrawals to endorse any item payable to you or your order for deposit to your Secured Account or any other transaction with us.

If Share Certificates evidencing Shares to be withdrawn have been delivered or otherwise identified to the Depositary, then, prior to the physical release of such Share Certificates, the serial numbers shown on such Share Certificates must be submitted to the Depositary and the signature(s) on the notice of withdrawal must be guaranteed by an Eligible Institution, unless such Shares have been tendered for the account of an Eligible Institution. If Shares have been tendered pursuant to the procedure for book-entry transfer as set forth in Section 3, any notice of withdrawal must also specify the number of the account at the Book-Entry Transfer Facility to be credited with the withdrawn Shares and otherwise comply with the Book-Entry Transfer Facility's procedures. All questions as to the form and validity (including time of receipt) of notices of withdrawal will be determined by Purchaser, in its sole discretion, whose determination will be final and binding on all parties.   • Withdrawal Before Bidding 7.1. Registered E-Bidders, who have completed the 10% deposit payment, are entitled to withdraw from the auction at least one (1) working day before the auction date by 5.00 pm. 7.2. The 10% deposit will be refunded back to the E-Bidders within three (3) working days via online banking.
