Employer Trustees definition

Employer Trustees means those Trustees appointed by the Government, the UBCM, the HEABC and the BCPSEA, as described in subsections 4.1(a), 4.1(b), 4.1(c), 4.1(d) and 4.1(e) of this Agreement.

Employer Trustees means those Trustees appointed by the Plan Employer Partner as described in subsection 4.1(a) of this Joint Trust Agreement.

Employer Trustees as used herein shall mean the Trustees appointed by the Employers (excluding the Bakery and Confectionery Union and Industry International Pension and Health Benefits Funds, the International Union, any Local Unions, and federal credit unions, and any welfare funds) provided such Trustees are actively employed by an Employer in the Bak- ery or Confectionery Industry.

Examples of Employer Trustees in a sentence

• Employer Trustees shall be appointed by the employer bargaining agent and the Crown, working together.

• The employee representatives will be responsible for the appointment and termination of the employee Trustees, and the Employer representatives will be responsible for the appointment and termination of the Employer Trustees.
