Withdrawal in the Fall and Winter Sessions. A Student may withdraw from their residence contract after move-in without withdrawing from their respective post-secondary institution, but in such cases agrees to remain financially responsible for the remainder of their room and board fees as stated on their Room Assignment Form, with the following exceptions: • Winter Term room and board fees are waived when a Student withdraws from a full Academic Year residence contract on or before December 1st. • Students that withdraw from their residence contract may be eligible for a refund if documentation is provided showing they are no longer a full-time studying student. Refunds and charges are based on a pro-rated formula for withdrawal dates prior to November 15th for the Fall Term and March 15th for the Winter Term. No refunds are granted after these dates, with the exception of authorized practicum students. All approved withdrawals are assessed a $500.00 administrative fee.
