Withdrawal of Membership. By notifying the Auditor-Controller's Office Department in writing, between May June 1 and May 31 to June 30 of any year, any employee may withdraw from Union membership and discontinue paying dues as of the payroll period commencing on JuneJune 1st, and reflected in the July 10th paycheck. Immediately upon the close of the above-mentioned thirty (30) day period, the Auditor-Controller shall submit to the Union a list of the employees who have rescinded their authorization for dues deduction.
