Common use of Withdrawal of Membership Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Membership. The dues deduction shall be for a specified amount and uniform between members of the Association. The Association shall indemnify, defend, and hold the District harmless against any claims made and against any suit instituted against the District on account of dues deduction. The Association shall refund to the District any amounts paid to it in error upon the presentation of supporting evidence.
