Common use of Without Standby Clause in Contracts

Without Standby. The nurse will be given a scheduled time to report to work for a portion of the shift at the nurse’s straight-time hourly rate, but will not be placed on standby for the other portion of the shift.

Without Standby. The nurse will be given a scheduled time to 15 report to work for a portion of the shift at the nurse’s straight-straight- 16 time hourly rate, rate but will not be placed on standby for the other 17 portion of the shift.
