Witnesses. (a) An employee who is requested by NAV CANADA to appear as a witness before an arbitrator or arbitration board, will be granted leave with pay to attend the hearing and appear as a witness if called. (b) Where operational requirements permit, NAV CANADA will grant leave without pay to an employee called as a witness by an employee of the Institute.
