Common use of Witnessing Security Evaluations Clause in Contracts

Witnessing Security Evaluations. The Evaluation Laboratory shall (a) permit GP (or its designee) to observe any GP Product security evaluation performed under this Agreement and shall follow any reasonable requests made by GP in connection with such visits regarding the manner of conducting any or all such security evaluations, in each case, at Evaluation Laboratory’s sole cost and expense.
