Work Period The normal work period shall consist of forty (40) hours of work within a seven (7) day period or eighty (80) hours of work within a fourteen (14) day period.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT 3.1 The Supplier shall adopt a policy of continuous improvement in relation to the Services pursuant to which it will regularly review with the Authority the Services and the manner in which it is providing the Services with a view to reducing the Authority's costs (including the Framework Prices), the costs of Contracting Bodies and/or improving the quality and efficiency of the Services. The Supplier and the Authority will provide to each other any information which may be relevant to assisting the objectives of continuous improvement and in particular reducing costs.
Continuous Operations Any employee or group of employees engaged in an operation for which there is regularly scheduled employment on a twenty-four (24) hour a day, seven (7) day a week basis shall be known as continuous operations employees.
Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.
Period of Work Work under this Agreement shall begin no sooner than the date on which this Agreement has been fully executed by the parties and approved by the Controller and the State Purchases Review Committee. Unless terminated earlier, this Agreement shall expire on the date set out on the first page of this Agreement, or at the completion and acceptance of all specified tasks, and delivery of all contracted products and services as defined in this Agreement, including performance of any warranty and/or maintenance agreements, whichever is the later date.
Continuous Operation The work week shall provide for continuous operation based on a seven (7) day week, twenty-four (24) hours per day.
Work Progress The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will keep each other, and NYISO, advised periodically as to the progress of their respective design, procurement and construction efforts. Any Party may, at any time, request a progress report from the Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner. If, at any time, the Developer determines that the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will not be required until after the specified In-Service Date, the Developer will provide written notice to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO of such later date upon which the completion of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities will be required.
Permission to Leave Work The Employer agrees that stewards shall not be hindered, coerced, restrained or interfered with in any way in the performance of their duties, while investigating disputes and presenting adjustments as provided in this Article. The Union recognizes that each xxxxxxx is employed by the Employer and that they will not leave their work during working hours except to perform their duties under this Agreement. Therefore, no xxxxxxx shall leave their work without permission of their supervisor, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Essential Personnel For a period of one year commencing on the effective date of this Agreement, the Adviser and the Fund agree that the retention of (i) the chief executive officer, president, chief financial officer and secretary of the Adviser and (ii) each director, officer and employee of the Adviser or any of its Affiliates (as defined in the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the "1940 Act")) who serves as an officer of the Fund (each person referred to in (i) or (ii) hereinafter being referred to as an "Essential Person"), in his or her current capacities, is in the best interest of the Fund and the Fund's shareholders. In connection with the Adviser's acceptance of employment hereunder, the Adviser hereby agrees and covenants for itself and on behalf of its Affiliates that neither the Adviser nor any of its Affiliates shall make any material or significant personnel changes or replace or seek to replace any Essential Person or cause to be replaced any Essential Person, in each case without first informing the Board of Trustees of the Fund in a timely manner. In Addition, neither the Adviser nor any Affiliate of the Adviser shall change or seek to change or cause to be changed, in any material respect, the duties and responsibilities of any Essential Person, in each case without first informing the Board of Trustees of the Fund in a timely manner.
