Work Assignment During Periods of Poor Air Quality. During periods of time where the air quality is classified as “unhealthy” (for the purposes of this article “unhealthy” is when the AQI score is at 151 or higher) departments will work to limit the amount of time employees spend outdoors. This could include work assignment or workplace modifications with the intention of limiting the duration of time pent in these conditions. Voluntary use of NIOSH rated N95 masks will be permitted upon verification that employee has been training using OSHA required appendix D to Standard 1910.134. If the County decides to close or delay the opening of a worksite due to inclement air quality, employees will be notified as soon as possible, but no less than two hours prior to the start of the shift. In the event of a closure, Article 13 section 13.2 will be used.

  • Recovery of Schedule Delays During Last Sixty Days of Contract Time At any time during the last sixty days of the Contract Time that the Design Professional finds that the Contractor is behind schedule per the Contract Time, as amended, the Design Professional shall notify the Contractor in writing. Within seven days of the date of the Design Professional's notice, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Design Professional and Owner a written plan explaining how the Contractor intends to bring the Project back on schedule. The Contractor's plan must provide sufficient detail to allow the Design Professional and Owner to determine the proposal's feasibility.

  • Amendment of Contract Period The parties may modify the contract termination date by written supplemental agreement prior to the date of termination as set forth in Article 6, Supplemental Agreements, of attachment A, General Provisions, provided, however, that the termination date may, in no event, be extended past the fifth anniversary of execution.
