Work-Based Learning Experiences. (1) At the conclusion of the Work-Based Learning Experience each Student completing activities shall receive a Work-Based Learning Outcome Report, which clearly identifies Student Skill completion/ acquisition. This document shall be prepared by the contractor and a copy will be presented to the Student. A copy will also be included in the monthly billing report.
