Work Before/After Posted Schedule. Once the monthly work schedule is posted, unless an employee is given a minimum of forty-eight (48) hour notice, an employee who is required to work either before or after the posted scheduled time, the employee shall be paid at one and one-half times the regular rate for all hours worked either before or after the posted schedule hours.
