Common use of Work Day and Shift Clause in Contracts

Work Day and Shift. Effective January 1, 1995 Employees covered by this Agreement shall work the schedule commonly referred to as the "5-2/5-3 work schedule" The work schedule shall consist of an eight and one half hours work day with scheduled work days as follows: work five (5) days, off work two (2) days, work five (5) days, off work three (3) days, with the above listed cycle repeating itself every two weeks.
