Common use of Work Locations Clause in Contracts

Work Locations. Contractor warrants that all work proposed under this Contract including all work proposed by subcontractors and suppliers will be performed within 50 miles radius from contractor’s location. Contractor, including subcontractors and suppliers, agree not to conduct or Contract for any work on this Contract outside the 50 miles radius without the prior, expressed, written approval of the Director, OC Parks.
