WORK NOT IN SCOPE OF SERVICES. CONSULTANT shall immediately notify REGIONAL SAN’S Project Manager in writing of any work that REGIONAL SAN requests to be performed that CONSULTANT believes is outside of the original scope of work covered by this Agreement. If it is determined that said request is outside of the scope of work, such work shall not be performed unless and until the District Engineer approves such request in writing and authorizes the use of any contingency funds for such work, or an amendment providing for an adjustment in CONSULTANT’S compensation is approved and executed by both parties.
WORK NOT IN SCOPE OF SERVICES. CONSULTANT shall immediately notify the COUNTY’S Project Manager in writing of any work that the COUNTY requests to be performed that CONSULTANT believes is outside of the original scope of work covered by this Agreement. If it is determined that said request is outside of the scope of work, such work shall not be performed unless and until the Director approves such request in writing and authorizes the use of any contingency funds for such work, or an amendment providing for an adjustment in CONSULTANT’S compensation is approved and executed by both parties.

CONSULTANT shall immediately notify SacSewer’s Project Manager in writing of any work that SacSewer requests to be performed that CONSULTANT believes is outside of the original scope of work covered by this Agreement. If it is determined that said request is outside of the scope of work, such work shall not be performed unless and until the District Engineer approves such request in writing and authorizes the use of any contingency funds for such work, or an amendment providing for an adjustment in CONSULTANT’S compensation is approved and executed by both parties.
WORK NOT IN SCOPE OF SERVICES. CONSULTANT Xxxxx immediately notify the DISTRICT’s Project Manager in writing of any work that the District request to be performed that the CONSULTANT believes is outside of the Scope of Services as defined in Exhibit A. Any work outside of the Scope of Services as defined in Exhibit A shall not be performed unless and until the Director approves such request in writing and authorizes the use of any contingency funds for such work, or an amendment providing for an adjustment in CONSULTANT’S compensation is approved and executed by both parties.
WORK NOT IN SCOPE OF SERVICES. SAMPLE CONSULTANT shall immediately notify SASD’S Project Manager in writing of any work that SASD requests to be performed that CONSULTANT believes is outside of the original scope of work covered by this Agreement. If it is determined that said request is outside of the scope of work, such work shall not be performed unless and until the District Engineer approves such request in writing and authorizes the use of any contingency funds for such work, or an amendment providing for an adjustment in CONSULTANT’S compensation is approved and executed by both parties.
WORK NOT IN SCOPE OF SERVICES. CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify the DISTRICT’S Administrator in writing of any work that the DISTRICT requests to be performed that CONTRACTOR believes is outside of the original scope of work covered by this Agreement. If it is determined that said request is outside of the scope of work, such work shall not be performed unless and until the Administrator approves such request in writing and authorizes an amendment approved and executed by both parties.
