Work on a Designated Paid Holiday. 26.05 - When an employee is required to work on a designated paid holiday, he shall be granted a day of leave at a later date as a substitute for the designated holiday at a time mutually agreed by the Employer and the employee. In addition to compensation already received for the paid designated holiday, the employee shall also receive compensation for all hours worked on that day.
