Work on a Recognized. Holiday Holiday work shall be rotated by the Employer among full- and part-time employees to the extent possible. Regular supplemental, part-time and full-time employees required to work an eight (8) hour shift on a recognized holiday (excluding personal holidays) shall be paid at one and one-half (1-½) times their hourly rate. The holiday time and one-half premium is only paid for those hours on a ten (10) or twelve (12) hour shift which fall on the twenty-four (24) hour holiday period. Regular full- and part-time employees required to work a recognized holiday (excluding personal holidays) will also receive within sixty (60) days a pro-rated compensatory day off.‌

  • Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified, in writing, within one (1) week of the decision being made and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate.
