Common use of WORK ON PUBLIC HOLIDAY Clause in Contracts

WORK ON PUBLIC HOLIDAY. All work performed outside ordinary hours the rate of pay shall be time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter until completion of the overtime work. All work performed on a Sunday shall be paid at double time. All work performed on a public holiday shall be paid at double time and a half.
