Work Order Term. The term of each Work Order shall be as stated in such Work Order but in no event shall a Work Order term extend beyond the Term unless District has specifically agreed in writing. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, each Work Order hereunder shall also terminate unless District has specifically directed otherwise in writing.
Work Order Term. The term of this Work Order shall commence on the Work Order Effective Date and shall continue for <Number of months> months after the Service Commencement Date, unless this Work Order is terminated in accordance with the Agreement.
Work Order Term. The term of the Work Order will be for three years and will commence upon execution unless earlier terminated or extended as set forth herein.
Work Order Term. The Work Order is anticipated to start November 2020, through June 30, 2022. The County shall have the sole option to extend the Work Order term for five (5) additional years through June 30, 2027, provided the Master Agreement is extended beyond June 30, 2022.
Work Order Term. Without prejudice to the termination or expiry of this Agreement, in the case that the term of an existing Work Order exceeds the term of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be deemed to continue to apply, but only to the respective Work Order and only until such Work Order expires or is terminated.
Work Order Term. This Work Order will be effective upon execution through June 30, 2025, with two optional one-year extension periods through June 30, 2027. Each such optional extension period will be exercised at the sole discretion of the Director of Health Services, or designee, as authorized by the Board of Supervisors, subject to contractor performance and availability of funding.
Work Order Term. The term of this Work Order is anticipated to be September 1, 2019, through June 30, 2022, with a five (5) year optional period through June 30, 2027. The optional period shall be exercised at the Health Agency Director’s discretion.
Work Order Term. It is the County’s intent to award and enter into the resultant Work Order with the highest ranked Respondent and shall enter into good faith negotiations with such Respondent. However, the County reserves the right to award the Work Order to a lower ranked Respondent if deemed to be in the best interest of the County by the Director of Health Services or authorized designee. Please refer to 13.0, REVIEW AND SELECTION PROCESS for more detailed information. It is anticipated that the term of the Work Order shall be effective upon execution, through June 30, 2022. The County shall have the sole option to extend the Work Order term for five (5) additional, 1-year option periods, through June 30, 2027, provided that the Master Agreement is extended beyond June 30, 2022.
Work Order Term. The Work Order is anticipated to start July 27, 2020, for a one (1) year period. The County shall have the option to extend the Work Order term for one (1) additional year for a maximum total Work Order term of two (2) years.
Work Order Term. The proposed term of the Work Order shall commence on July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2026, unless sooner terminated or extended, in whole or in part, as provided under the Work Order are fully satisfied or County no longer requires Contractor’s Services. County will have the sole option to extend this Work Order term for up to five (5) optional one (1) year extension periods. Each such extension option may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Director of the Justice, Care and Opportunities Department (JCOD), or his/her designee as authorized by the Board of Supervisors.
