Work Performed in a Higher Classification. a) If, at the direction of the Employer, an Employee works for two (2) or more hours in a classification higher than the classification under which the Employee is called for work, the higher rate shall prevail for the entire workday. The Employee will revert to his/her regular classification and rate of pay on the following day unless notified to the contrary. b) Work time in either a higher or a lower classification shall be credited to fulfil the minimum call of the classification in which the Employee was hired.
