Work Period; Overtime Pay. Employees who work in excess of ten (10) hours in any day or in excess of (40) hours during a seven (7) day work week period will be paid for the excess work hours at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times their regular pay rate. If an employee works more than three (3) hours beyond the end of a ten (10) hour shift, all overtime hours after completion of the 12th hour will be paid at the rate of two times (2x) the regular rate of pay.
