Work Schedule Adjustments. a) Work schedules may be altered at any time by mutual consent. b) When a staff member is required by her/his supervisor and has the approval of the Xxxx, Director or equivalent to work in excess of the thirty-five (35) hours per week on average by the end of the twenty-six (26) week period as established by a department, then the staff member will receive compensatory time off (CTO) during the subsequent twenty-six (26) week period in the following manner:
