Work Schedules and Working Conditions. 6.1 Work Schedules - General A UAF Local 1324 Unit Member's hours of work or assigned duties may be temporarily altered by the Fire Chief so long as there is no loss of wages or benefits to the UAF Local 1324 Unit Member that would have accrued under the regular work schedule in accordance with the Forty-Hour Conversion Rate.
