Work Schedules for Long Term Maintenance Rotational Shifts. (a) On long term maintenance projects where the Contractor has a minimum 1-year contract, rotational work schedules that provide for a minimum of four (4) or more consecutive days off with each rotation will be allowed, provided that rate of pay (wage and pension) is 1.25 times the regular rate of pay (wage and pension).
